The project:

Melrob is a leading speciality chemical distribution company headquartered in the UK and employing over 90 people worldwide in the UK, Europe, Asia and USA.

The core business of Melrob is the sales and distribution of speciality chemicals and polymers to specific markets.

They needed a new website to demonstrate their global distribution offering in rubber, plastic, coatings and adhesives through fine chemicals, nutritional supplements and biomaterials.

We created a modern looking site complementing the company’s identity.

Melrob had a requirememt for a number of specific industry relevant search facilities within the site, allowing the user to search for various chemicals from extensive databases. We also created specific business unit pages that enabled potential customers to download pdfs of relevant product bochures.

The site is fully ‘responsive’,  adapting automatically to both tablet and smart phone. It is also fully content manageable, utilising a bespoke WordPress theme which we designed and built – which enables Melrob’s marketing team to manage the site themselves and add and amend pages as and when required.
